Lead design vision and execute end-to-end product design for Flex's most complex consumer initiatives. Produce high-fidelity prototypes, drive design systems and craft standards, influence product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor designers, and use AI and front-end fluency to improve workflows and product quality.

Short-term (2-3 month) remote role supporting transactional cloud email and marketing automation workflows. Build SQL-driven automations, design complex journeys, configure API-triggered campaigns, create data extensions for segmentation/personalization, perform end-to-end email QA (mobile/dark mode), proofread copy, and manage timelines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Review and approve high-volume marketing and investor-facing content for SEC Marketing Rule compliance; conduct vendor due diligence and AI governance oversight; support books-and-records, testing, monitoring, and compliance program documentation; partner with stakeholders on training, disclosures, and remediation; manage compliance-related vendor relationships and projects.

Design, build, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud). Create constituent portals, implement automations and integrations with legacy federal systems, support CI/CD/DevSecOps, participate in reviews and UAT, and collaborate with architects and BAs to meet federal compliance and mission requirements.

Manage a portfolio of customers using Reunion PWA to ensure prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance. Deliver audited reports, build scalable data collection processes, lead onboarding and training, represent customer needs to product and engineering, and drive adoption, retention, and growth through technical guidance and compliance expertise.

Research and produce fact-checked video scripts and blog posts in the BASIC Studios voice. Organize research and citations, draft and revise content per editorial feedback, format references (MLA/APA), and upload finalized scripts to Notion and posts to WordPress. Volunteers commit ~5–10 hours/week and provide a work sample.

Manage and optimize the organization's Google Ad Grants search campaigns (up to $10,000/month). Develop keyword strategies and ad copy, ensure grant compliance, monitor performance metrics, conduct keyword research, and report recommendations to increase visibility, engagement, volunteer recruitment, partnerships, and donor interest.
