The Vice President Relationship Manager will grow Athene’s Independent Marketing Organization distribution channel by developing advisor and distribution-partner relationships, executing territory business plans, and increasing sales of FIA and RILA products. Responsibilities include product education, sales training, seminars, consultative selling, territory performance management, budget oversight, compliance, and collaboration with internal wholesalers. The role requires approximately 75% travel and extensive annuity wholesaling experience, with active financial services licenses.

Build, test, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications across the full stack. Develop responsive front ends, backend services, APIs, integrations, database solutions, and cloud applications. Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity while maintaining secure, maintainable code. Lead and expand online sales across Amazon, Shopify, and emerging marketplaces. Analyzes market trends, forecasts pipeline performance, and partners with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events, and Operations to optimize packages and deliver seamless guest experiences. Represents the resort at industry events and may serve as Manager on Duty.

Manages a banking office’s lending, deposit, cash management, investment, and small-business relationship growth. Oversees loan portfolios, credit processes, sales goals, customer service, staffing, training, compliance, operational performance, and facility maintenance. Develops employees, ensures audit readiness and security, and supports profitability and community growth objectives.

Prepare tax returns and related work papers for closely held businesses, perform tax research and account analyses, compile financial records, maintain billing/time records, and support client service and compliance requirements.

Lead mechanical design, development, and manufacturing of modular gas-to-methanol process equipment. Mentor teams and collaborate across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing while ensuring compliance with applicable mechanical, electrical, safety, and quality standards.

Coordinate and support projects across lifecycle stages: manage quotes, orders, change requests, schedules, tasks, and documentation. Use ERP and project management tools, prepare costed engineering proposals, track actions/risks, and collaborate with Sales, Production, and Engineering to meet timelines and budgets. Maintain data integrity, prepare briefing materials, and handle routine administrative duties.

Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage pipeline, run multi-stakeholder sales cycles with IT and executive buyers, communicate AI automation value, maintain CRM forecasting accuracy, and provide customer and competitive insights. As an early go-to-market team member, help develop sales processes, messaging, and the broader sales playbook.
