Provides intermediate administrative support to a cardiology clinic, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and activities, managing correspondence and electronic records, compiling data and operational reports, assisting with budgets and expenses, ordering supplies, answering inquiries, and preparing forms and presentations. The position works Monday through Friday during day shift and performs additional administrative duties as assigned.

The engineer will partner with application teams, establish platform standards, support customer migrations, and improve automation, self-service, documentation, and operational reliability.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, data models, and analytical solutions for healthcare revenue cycle operations. Gather requirements, write and optimize SQL, validate data, resolve discrepancies, and deliver actionable financial and operational insights. Uses Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate methods, project dashboards, metrics, and process improvements to coordinate teams and deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Own the full sales cycle for AR automation, collaboration, cash application, and digital payment solutions across upper mid-market and enterprise accounts. Build account strategies, develop opportunities, conduct discovery, create ROI-focused business cases, coordinate sales engineering and support, manage Salesforce forecasts, close deals, and consistently achieve quota. Engage senior finance executives, attend client meetings and industry events, and develop trusted relationships with buying committees.

Own customer support tickets from intake through resolution or escalation. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Engineering, communicate proactively, document ticket status and next steps, translate enhancement requests into acceptance criteria, report on ticket trends and performance, and prioritize work based on customer impact and urgency.

Manages user account creation, modification, deactivation, and access provisioning across multiple systems. Supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains provisioning records, resolves account and password issues, tracks requests in an IT service management tool, and ensures compliance with security and organizational policies. Collaborates with IT, HR, application owners, and department managers while identifying opportunities to optimize and automate provisioning workflows.

Leads client services and customer support strategy, oversees support teams, manages escalated issues, cultivates client relationships, coordinates service operations, and drives customer experience improvements through data analysis. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance management, process development, SLA oversight, and executive communication regarding significant client or service issues. The director is also responsible for responding to urgent client matters while on call.

Support project managers and superintendents with project coordination, documentation, submittal and RFI management, cost coding, change order preparation, status reporting, bid package development, and contract close-out tasks.
