Provide high-level administrative, enrollment, compliance, and operational support to the CEO and Principal. Maintain accurate Linear or Jira ticket statuses, verify bug fixes, coordinate with engineers, identify risks and delays, and create clear launch communications. Build release checklists that involve marketing, customer success, sales, and customers. Serve as the escalation point for disagreements about whether issues are resolved.
