Provides first-line on-site and remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, operating system, networking, and telephony issues. Installs and configures equipment and software, manages hardware and software inventories and licenses, supports users across the IT infrastructure, coordinates technology projects and upgrades, documents work, and escalates unresolved issues to higher-level support.

Owns the company mobile app marketing strategy, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Own and evolve Voltus’s infrastructure platform, including Kubernetes and Nomad workloads, AWS architecture, identity and secrets, stateful systems, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Lead business-critical migrations with minimal downtime, establish reliable deployment and rollback practices, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and build secure infrastructure supporting AI-assisted development.

Own HubSpot as the enterprise CRM platform across six business units, including data architecture, permissions, workflows, integrations, data quality, reporting, user enablement, and vendor coordination. Monitor ERP-to-CRM data flows, troubleshoot API and synchronization issues, maintain automation, administer sales, service, and marketing operations, and enforce governance and change control. Support acquisition onboarding and deliver executive reporting, adoption programs, and ongoing platform improvements.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across more than a dozen locations, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting. Provides variance analysis and executive reporting, strengthens internal controls, manages sales and use tax compliance, and leads accounting staff. The role also drives Sage 100 and process improvements while partnering closely with the Controller and CFO.

Provides Level 2 technical support through phone, chat, and ticketing channels. Troubleshoots complex workstation, server, cloud-hosted virtual environment, email security, and access issues; documents resolutions; maintains knowledge base content; and escalates incidents appropriately. Mentors Level 1 technicians, supports customer satisfaction, contributes root-cause analysis, follows service delivery procedures, and completes required training and performance objectives.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and datasets in Databricks using Python, Spark, and SQL. Supports SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and data warehousing environments while improving performance, reliability, data quality, and scalability. Integrates enterprise data sources, enables reporting and AI/ML workloads, and partners with business and IT teams to deliver technical data solutions.

Teach studio art to boys ages 6–12 through demonstrations, practice, and lessons using fine-art techniques and materials. Plan curricula, assess student progress, manage classroom behavior, enforce safety practices, and complete program reports. The role also includes setup, cleanup, transportation assistance, materials management, and collaboration on curriculum improvements. Experience in youth development, education, or afterschool programming is expected, with computer graphics and design software experience preferred.
