Serves as the county's chief administrator under the Board of Commissioners, planning, directing, and organizing county operations. Ensures efficient, lawful, and fiscally responsible service delivery, provides administrative continuity, implements commission directives, and manages county-wide administrative functions and staff.

Produce financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets; perform budget vs. actual variance analysis; create management reports; support sales and HR with analytics; communicate insights to executives and cross-functional leaders to inform strategy and operations.

Manage digital conversion sales to higher-education bookstore customers across North America: prospect, secure demos, convert print requests to digital, upsell, forecast accurately, coordinate with marketing, content, and customer success, and travel extensively for campus engagement.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer and route calls, inform applicants, greet visitors, manage mail, maintain linen order paperwork and filing, scan and send invoices, and follow office procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish communication required. Reports to HR Manager.

Manage daily property operations, compliance, leasing, finances, resident programs, and community relations. Supervise on-site staff (3+), maintain occupancy, ensure Yardi/accounting accuracy, and deliver resident services and outreach.

Lead a small QA team to perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing across iOS, Android, and web. Design and execute test plans, document and track bugs, partner with Product for sign-off, maintain test case repositories, and coordinate pre-launch bug bashes to ensure features meet release quality.

Provide part-time administrative support: answer phones, call employees for training, check references, file, distribute monthly MPRs and financial statements, maintain confidential paperwork, and perform HR/Area Director assigned duties.

Manage and grow Omada’s online communities (Reddit, Discord, potentially Facebook Groups). Plan and run campaigns, AMAs, contests, publish recurring content, engage members, develop core contributors, track community metrics, and relay user feedback to improve community experience and products.

Lead geographic expansion and high-priority growth initiatives end-to-end. Partner cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks, develop go-to-market strategies, test acquisition channels, drive customer acquisition and business performance, and ensure operational excellence across teams.

Design, develop, and test embedded flight-computer software in C for ARM microcontrollers. Implement drivers, bootloaders, RTOS-based tasking, and integrate navigation/control algorithms. Debug on custom hardware, perform unit/integration/system tests, ensure aerospace safety compliance, and participate in architecture and code reviews.
