Supports civil site design for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Assists with site layouts, grading, drainage, erosion control, access roads, earthwork and stormwater calculations, construction documents, plan sheets, details, and quantity takeoffs under Senior Engineer guidance. Coordinates with project teams, clients, and contractors, and may travel to sites for field data collection.

Troubleshoots basic hardware, software, operating system, printer, scanner, fax, and TCP/IP connectivity issues; documents service requests; installs software remotely; prioritizes and escalates unresolved problems; supports downtime procedures; and helps maintain technical documentation and team service goals.

Own enterprise customer relationships from contract signature through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal support, expansion influence, and advocacy. Build the company’s first dedicated customer success function, including playbooks, engagement cadences, health monitoring, and value narratives. Analyze performance data proactively, identify risks and opportunities, demonstrate customer value, support champions, and collaborate with sales on commercial growth.

Manages the full lifecycle of company publications, including document changes, workflows, reviews, revisions, archival, status tracking, and distribution across electronic and hard-copy platforms. Supports eMan users, resolves system errors, coordinates EFB document maintenance with regional operations, recommends process improvements, and helps migrate to a global document control platform. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows/macOS endpoints in a HIPAA-regulated remote environment. Manages identity lifecycle, MFA, Conditional Access, encryption, compliance, DLP, provisioning, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, audits, asset logistics, and advanced desktop support. Automates administrative tasks with PowerShell, maintains documentation and runbooks, supports incident response, and coordinates with infrastructure and security teams. Occasional after-hours maintenance and minimal travel are required.

Leads commercial development, customer account management, origination, and full deal lifecycle execution across energy infrastructure markets. Structures and negotiates long-term agreements, evaluates opportunities, develops pricing and commercial strategy, manages customer relationships, and partners with operations, finance, and leadership to optimize asset utilization and growth.
