Produce daily EWTN News Nightly segments covering national and international events through a Catholic lens. The Senior Accountant supports general ledger close activities, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory controls, cash flow statements, tax and compliance reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role analyzes sales margins, operating expenses, and budget variances; manages commission setup; prepares management reports; supports external accountants; and recommends accounting process improvements.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and troubleshoots complex mechanisms including feed systems, gear trains, linkages, cams, latches, and drive systems. Performs kinematic and dynamic analysis, creates manufacturable GD&T drawings, diagnoses failures, and collaborates across mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and testing teams. The role involves hands-on machining, assembly, range testing, field support, and mechanism development for counter-drone defense hardware.

Designs end-to-end user experiences across web, iOS, and Android, from user flows and wireframes through prototypes and production-ready files. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Brand on new features, conversion experiments, engagement, retention, and customer-facing product improvements. Contributes to the design system, supports user research and usability testing, applies accessibility and platform best practices, and presents design rationale to stakeholders.

Conducts revenue and compliance audits, maintains financial records, audits vault documents, prepares exception reports, and records vendor information in Sage Intacct. Performs accounts payable, general journal entries, and general ledger examination, verification, and reconciliation. Ensures compliance with tax laws, tribal ordinances, and internal control standards while maintaining confidentiality and accurate reporting.

Leads the church’s human resources strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, reporting, and organizational development. Partners with senior leadership and external HR providers to support culture, workforce effectiveness, and legal compliance. Oversees HR technology implementations, volunteer eligibility tracking, employee investigations, policy development, and strategic HR metrics.
