The Technical Customer Support role involves providing excellent customer service and technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.

Lead and grow internal audit, risk management, and governance: mature the SOX program, implement GRC on the ERP, bring audit automation and AI tools, own ERM expansion, manage audit committee and disclosure materials, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.

Lead and scale Nabla's governance, risk, and compliance programs. Manage GRC evidence library, vendor risk assessments, security questionnaires, risk tracking, policy lifecycle, and security awareness training. Review assurance artifacts (SOC 2, ISO, penetration tests), support framework implementation (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR), and collaborate cross-functionally to enable secure enterprise growth.

Manage and oversee licensing and regulatory programs for non-lawyer legal service providers. Lead program development, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, public outreach, and board functions. Supervise staff, support examination and hearing processes, execute contracts, and represent the Division in public speaking and intergovernmental engagements.

Manage assigned client billing accounts, resolve invoice disputes, negotiate payments, collaborate with Sales/Finance/internal teams, analyze billing trends, produce reports, drive revenue cycle improvements, and ensure HIPAA compliance when handling PHI.

Evaluate and track amicus requests, identify strategic amicus opportunities, draft amicus briefs and related materials, coordinate with allied organizations and Communications, maintain metrics and website updates, draft blog posts, and occasionally appear in media or public speaking. Position involves limited travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Provide first-line internal IT support, manage device lifecycle and inventories, handle provisioning/deprovisioning, optimize software/licenses, assist on technical projects, and maintain documentation and onboarding processes.

Own client reference and advisory programs; coordinate client advocacy with Customer Success; build high-touch client relationships to drive pipeline, expansion revenue, and deal velocity; manage client requests and run recurring advisory forums.

Write, edit, and submit state adoption materials and RFP responses for K-12 curricula. Review RFIs/RFPs for requirements, draft proposal language, complete online submission forms, coordinate with sales and content teams, manage deadlines, build templates, proofread, and track assignments to ensure accurate, timely proposals.

Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog, translate product features into user stories with acceptance criteria, support sprint and PI planning, coordinate dependencies and risks, demonstrate completed work, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure compliance for product releases in regulated healthcare/life sciences environments.
