Requires flexibility for extended hours, occasional travel between locations, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Own and grow a territory in Illinois and Wisconsin by prospecting, building relationships, delivering demos and value propositions, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing new and expansion business to meet quota.

Own and grow a portfolio of brands and agencies by winning new business and expanding existing customers. Build pipeline through prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling of brand measurement solutions. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support onboarding and satisfaction, while representing Upwave at industry events and in the broader market.

Supports daily accounting operations, including full-cycle accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable across multiple locations, cost-center and general-ledger coding, journal entries, and basic accounting principles. The role requires accurate, confidential, and organized financial administration, communication with stakeholders, and completion of supervisor-assigned tasks. QuickBooks and Microsoft Office proficiency are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least two years of relevant experience.

Own measurement strategies for large omnichannel brands, including test design, marketing mix modeling, incrementality analysis, attribution interpretation, and budget recommendations. Translate complex findings into actionable guidance for executives and marketing teams, support prospect conversations, identify customer and product gaps, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success. The role requires strong paid media expertise, omnichannel fluency, statistical measurement literacy, and the ability to communicate uncertainty and recommendations clearly.

Manage strategic marketing communications, prospect engagement, introductory conversations, relationship development, follow-up, and CRM activity using established digital systems. The role involves sharing leadership and personal development programs, working independently within structured processes, and participating in ongoing training. It is remote, flexible, and performance-based without a fixed salary.
