Manage SKU-level forecasting, inventory planning, and stock flow for Amazon and DTC across three beauty brands. Create monthly forecasts and orders, track KPIs (sell-through, in-stock, forecast accuracy), plan for peak events, manage TikTok Shop inventory, and collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Account teams to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize product availability and margin.

Own and grow a portfolio of international enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, driving renewals and expansions, and coordinating with product and implementation teams. Serve as customer advocate, lead account planning and executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and travel frequently for onsite engagements to ensure successful outcomes.

Manage daily acquisitions operations including ordering, receiving, claims, budgeting, vendor relations, and licensing; supervise acquisitions staff; administer online acquisitions systems; perform original and copy cataloging; collaborate on collections strategy, metadata workflows, outreach, and consortial initiatives; ensure procurement compliance and monitor expenditures and reports.

Manage and optimize the Group's global insurance programs and captive allocation, handle claims and renewals, advise business units on insurance and risk clauses, run RFPs, promote loss prevention, produce budget and insurance reporting, and monitor insurance market developments for oil & gas and commodity trading.

Lead lifecycle systems engineering for LBUCS Receive engineering changes and acquisitions. Support requirements, design, integration, test, verification, deployment, configuration control, technical risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination to ensure resilient software/hardware/web application capabilities and mission readiness.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations, documentation, and remediation. Advise leadership on discipline, coaching, and policy compliance; maintain employment law knowledge; represent the company in unemployment hearings; support HR projects, process improvements, and HR policy updates.
