Process vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching, prepare payments (check/ACH/wire), reconcile AP accounts, support month-end close, maintain vendor records, respond to vendor inquiries, and provide audit documentation.

Prepare and process import documentation, clear goods through customs and PGAs, classify tariffs, arrange duties payment, bill customers, monitor shipments, assist clients with documentation, and coordinate transport/warehousing.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-first B2B SaaS product initiatives: write PRDs, define LLM-based features, run customer discovery, own vendor integrations, present roadmaps to execs, query data to validate decisions, and align distributed Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML teams.

Support day-to-day accounting including general ledger entries, reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR, payroll/timekeeping support, expense reporting, month-end close, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.

Provide hands-on support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft ERP environment: write and optimize SQL and stored procedures, troubleshoot ERP functional issues, partner with supply chain/inventory/procurement teams to improve workflows, maintain data quality/security, and support system upgrades and user training.

Maintain, secure, and integrate physical and virtual servers and network devices for on-site defense customers. Perform patching, hardening (DISA STIG), provisioning, troubleshooting, automation, and documentation; support compliance and travel up to 25%.
