Lead product strategy, roadmap, and new category development from concept through launch. Conduct market research, build business cases, and drive cross-functional product development. Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program teams to assess risks, prepare licenses and filings, support audits, implement remediation, and advise leadership on national security and regulatory matters.

Serve as the facility's front-office and HR operational hub. Manage reception, facility logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships. Coordinate onboarding, verify pre-employment requirements, maintain HRIS personnel files, track trainings and licensure, support Joint Commission readiness, and act as primary HR contact for staff.

Provide HR administrative support including applicant screening via ATS, candidate outreach, phone screening, scheduling, onboarding administration, maintaining electronic employee and training records in HRIS, processing background checks/drug screens/MVRs, data entry, and HR help desk assistance. Cross-train with other HR administrators and support recruiting and onboarding for U.S. and select Canadian locations.

Own full sales cycle for new enterprise logos in the Northeast territory, build and manage pipeline using MEDDIC and HubSpot, deliver consultative ROI-driven presentations to C-suite, partner with Sales Engineering/SDR/Marketing/Product, represent company at events, and ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities post-sale.

Support and learn from a Senior Technical Expert on forensic construction cases. Conduct site inspections, document findings, analyze construction and legal documents, assist with cost estimating, prepare technical reports and presentations, and track billable hours while developing skills toward a Technical Consultant/Testifying Expert role.
