Leads a 20-plus-person distributed Review Engineering organization across three agile squads. Owns technical direction, production reliability, incident response, system scalability, delivery metrics, hiring, performance management, and engineering career growth. Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines, map data models, spatial services, routing and map-matching foundations, and reusable APIs. Scale storage, queries, and computation for real-time products, consolidate fragmented geospatial solutions, develop customer self-service capabilities, and provide mentorship through code reviews and design leadership. Collaborate across teams and represent Samsara in the mapping and geospatial community.
