Develop and execute global brand marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches, messaging, content, and media plans. Owns Guidebook’s complete accounting function as a solo Controller, including month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, cash management, corporate cards, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, insurance administration, and NetSuite ownership. The role also improves and documents processes, strengthens controls, supports audits and diligence, and serves as the primary accounting resource for leadership.

Leads analytics, reporting, data modeling, automation, AI-agent development, and quality assurance for revenue cycle operations. Creates Power BI and Excel reports, analyzes complex healthcare and operational datasets, develops scalable warehouse models, and delivers actionable insights to leadership. Uses SQL, cloud data platforms, Git, Python, and AI-assisted tools to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and decision support.

Own strategic SaaS client relationships from onboarding through renewal, driving retention, adoption, value realization, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, uncover client needs, manage contracts and customer projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, mitigate risks, provide training, and coordinate issue resolution. The role requires strong analytical, communication, project-management, and relationship-building skills, plus experience in CPG foodservice or food-away-from-home manufacturing. Trade promotion and ERP, TPM, or BI experience are preferred.

Develops scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support business decisions. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensures data accuracy and usability, provides technical guidance to end users, documents architectures and processes, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires advanced Spotfire, SQL, and business intelligence experience, plus familiarity with modern data platforms and AI-assisted development tools.
