Build payment, peer-to-peer transfer, AI platform, application, and ecosystem integrations. Improve onboarding and UX, make pragmatic architectural decisions, collaborate with Product, and use AI tools while maintaining strong independent technical judgment.

Partner with school leaders to manage workforce planning, succession, performance management, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR initiatives across multiple Louisiana campuses. Conduct investigations, support benefits/payroll questions, implement People programs, ensure legal and grant compliance, collect/report data, and regularly travel to assigned academies.

Manage SharePoint/document management and support data warehousing. Perform MS Office automation including Excel macros, use MS Access, and write SQL/PL/SQL. Requires 5+ years in Oil & Gas.
