Remote Virtual Assistant responsible for outbound B2B cold calls to present services, identify collaboration opportunities, maintain CRM data and call logs, schedule meetings, and support internal team coordination and daily operations.

Create clean, print-ready advertisements using client-provided text and assets in Adobe Illustrator. Analyze historical demand, occupancy, transactions and competitor pricing to optimize daily, monthly, and event pricing. Build dashboards, deliver revenue insights to leadership, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to implement pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining data integrity.
