Provide high-volume phone-based technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network/access issues, document incidents in ServiceNow or similar ITSM, escalate complex problems, recommend process improvements, and follow security and privacy policies while working from a secure remote workspace.

Own operational reporting, diagnostic analysis, capacity planning, platform administration, system changes, process improvement, and cross-functional program execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, workforce planning, vendors, training, and quality teams to improve operational performance. Lead accountability mechanisms, roadmap alignment, AI and automation initiatives, and scaled delivery while mentoring teammates and influencing without formal authority.

Serve as the on-island liaison for the .ai TLD: manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate with GOA and Identity Digital teams, support PR/communications, deliver presentations, produce technical documentation and reports, and participate in incident reviews to ensure registry service continuity.
