Supports the CEO and executive team through calendar management, expense reporting, executive travel coordination, internal and external board meeting logistics, cross-functional meeting scheduling, and leadership offsite planning. This is a remote, fixed-term contract requiring 15–20 hours per week for approximately five months.

Leads client relationships and serves as a trusted advisor on AI and data analytics solutions. Evaluates use cases, workflows, capabilities, limitations, and implementation strategies; coordinates internal teams, manages complex projects and escalations, mentors consultants, and identifies service improvements. Lead Unite Us’s product organization, defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities across its healthcare and social-care platform. Oversee platform, identity, interoperability, APIs, analytics, regulatory compliance, and portfolio outcomes. Build and develop product leadership teams, establish outcome-focused practices, partner with engineering, design, sales, and customers, and drive measurable customer, financial, and social-impact results.

Leads B2B customer and community marketing programs, including customer launches, campaigns, advocacy, content, events, webinars, lifecycle communications, and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, approvals, timelines, executive engagement, and customer participation. Partners with Sales and Customer Success to support retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy while tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements.

Own the reliability, security, performance, and availability of cloud-based database and data warehouse platforms. Responsibilities include networking, container orchestration, monitoring, logging, CI/CD automation, documentation, security collaboration, and on-call participation.

Owns the end-to-end revenue accounting lifecycle for commercial partnerships, from deal structuring and contract review through launch, operational execution, reconciliations, journal entries, close, and audit support. Partner with Account Executives to identify and penetrate target accounts, lead initial discovery meetings, uncover energy management needs, and deliver compelling product overviews. Maintain sales activity and pipeline quotas while adapting prospecting strategies based on client feedback.

Provides billing support and customer service for small and midsize UCaaS customers through inbound calls, email, and follow-up. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in Oracle, explaining billing procedures, verifying account authorization, processing credits, refunds, and charges, and collaborating with technical support, sales, and customer service teams. The role requires strong communication, data entry, organization, billing research, payment-processing knowledge, and the ability to meet call center performance metrics.
