Manage end-to-end payroll for US (multi-state) and Canada across semi-monthly and biweekly cycles. Act as primary payroll contact, run Workday payroll operations, handle equity compensation events, support month-end close and reconciliations, ensure compliance and year-end filings, drive process improvements and support audits/SOX controls.

Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP and integrations, implement customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk), support end users, develop reports, lead ERP upgrades and integrations (Celigo/Boomi), maintain data integrity, documentation, and high availability, and assist cross-functional IT projects and disaster recovery.

Engineer and maintain cloud-based application deployments as as-a-code (AaC) using CI/CD pipelines. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot tools like TeamWork Cloud, Cameo, and Cassandra; integrate applications with workflow/ticketing systems; develop integration interfaces (Python, PowerShell, Groovy); implement IDAM solutions; build test plans and documentation; and use DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab). Active TS/SCI with CI poly and DoDD 8140 Security+ CE required.

The Technical Tax Partner will provide advanced tax planning and advisory services to multinational clients, manage client relationships, oversee tax compliance, and lead the firm's tax practices, requiring extensive technical expertise and business development.

Lead accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, month-/year-end close, financial reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, SOX compliance, team leadership, and process improvements to scale finance systems.

Support monthly project accounting and month-end close tasks: set up and update projects in time & expense systems, manage invoicing and accruals, reconcile GL accounts, track project costs and billable hours, assist audits and ad hoc financial reporting.
