Manage day-to-day clinician recruiting for a fast-growing at-home aesthetics startup: source and outreach, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain ATS hygiene, follow up, and handle recruiting admin (part-time, contract).

Design and build a standardized integration engine to connect Pagaya with legacy bank cores and LOS systems. Create reusable data schemas, API wrappers, reconciliation and GL synchronization, automated money movement, and workflows for complex lending events while ensuring bank-grade compliance and operational automation.
