Manage day-to-day paid media campaign setup, optimization, analysis, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic. Support testing strategy, audits, client reporting, and cross-channel recommendations. Build AI-integrated workflows and brand-specific AI agents to speed reporting, analysis, and ops. Collaborate with design, analytics, and engineering to align creative and landing pages and grow into a client-facing strategist role.

Serve as the primary customer contact through email, chat, and video calls, resolving product and technical questions. Troubleshoot workflows, escalate issues, report customer insights, improve support processes, create documentation, identify recurring trends, and support new feature rollouts. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, initiative, and familiarity with support or CRM tools in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Design, develop, configure, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM. Build automations and integrations, support DevSecOps, follow ITIL processes, engage stakeholders, and ensure secure, mission-aligned system improvements.

Manage strategic customer accounts as a trusted advisor, supporting onboarding, contact migration, campaign and automation setup, troubleshooting, dashboard reviews, QBRs, and quarterly goal-setting.
