Lead technical onboarding for new customers, manage integrations and troubleshooting, translate technical requirements into value-driven artifacts and plans, drive product adoption, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and advocate customer needs into the product roadmap.

Manage and grow client relationships for lead-generation campaigns; coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project timelines and KPIs, produce client updates and forecasts, troubleshoot processes, and drive operational improvements to support business growth.

Own retention, net revenue retention, and expansion across an enterprise SaaS multifamily portfolio. Build executive relationships, drive adoption and value realization, execute churn-prevention strategies, partner with Sales on upsells, and surface customer feedback to Product and Leadership.

Lead a Customer Success team serving churches and nonprofits to increase product adoption, retention, donor engagement, and CSAT. Own strategy, KPIs, enablement programs, customer health analysis, voice-of-customer initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, executive representation, and coaching for CSM performance and growth.

Own strategic, executive-level customer relationships for enterprise accounts. Guide Sysdig deployments and architecture on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, run business reviews, lead workshops, map outcomes to technical capabilities, support renewals and expansion, identify/mitigate risks, troubleshoot environments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to drive value and mentor junior team members.

Serve as primary contact for customer and merchandiser inquiries via phone and email. Resolve issues, provide order/product information, update records in NetSuite, generate reports, perform data entry, escalate complex issues, and support team collaboration while following company policies and safety practices.

Manage a high-volume portfolio to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Bloom Growth's SaaS operating system. Lead onboarding, run proactive outreach and success reviews, identify at-risk accounts, design scalable engagement initiatives, maintain HubSpot records, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes and grow revenue.
