Leads end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll operations for more than 9,000 employees and manages a payroll team. Oversees processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, internal controls, audits, vendors, employee escalations, reporting, technology, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, HR, Legal, Benefits, IT, and Audit while supporting payroll strategy and responsible automation.
