Zentek Infosoft is looking for a Juniper Architect with experience in enterprise routing, switching, and security. Responsibilities include migrating systems from Cisco to Juniper and managing integrations between platforms. Travel between Florida and Georgia is required.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of carbon project products, collaborate with teams to shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and improve offerings based on user feedback.

Provide administrative and executive support for a federal public health project: data tracking, records maintenance, report and correspondence preparation, travel and onboarding/offboarding assistance, property and PMO support, meeting participation, and day-to-day operational tasks using MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and government travel systems.

Lead technical product strategy and roadmaps for developer-focused platforms and APIs (AI SDK, EMDK, DataWedge, ZDNA Cloud). Bridge product, architecture, and engineering to prioritize technical backlogs, reduce technical debt, and own non-functional requirements. Manage and mentor product owners/managers, drive developer experience, and enable GTM adoption for platform offerings.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational inefficiencies, documenting workflows, gathering requirements, managing projects, implementing technology solutions, supporting change management, and measuring outcomes. Partners with claims leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies, conduct cost-benefit analyses, prepare training, and deliver measurable operational improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead development, coordination, and administration of the city’s operating and capital budgets. Provide revenue and expenditure forecasting, complex financial analyses, multi-year planning, and budget recommendations. Oversee budget preparation with departments, monitor fund performance, prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and City Council, and support fiscal decision-making, budget closeout, and implementation of adopted plans.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, workflow redesign, data analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, project oversight, system implementation, change management, business readiness, training, and performance tracking. Partners with claims leadership, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues, improve efficiency, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Prepare civil CAD drawings and figures using AutoCAD Civil 3D: site sketches, soil boring maps, cross sections, construction and well diagrams, surface/groundwater contours, and residential layouts. Modify Civil3D styles, create simple surfaces from point data, organize multiple drawing files, and follow company standards. Work independently, communicate with CAD Manager/Project Manager/field staff to clarify requests and ensure accurate deliverables.

Own and build GenLogs’ public sector customer success function, leading agency onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Train users, translate workflows into platform queries, represent customer needs to product and engineering, support pre-sales, develop relationships across government stakeholders, and contribute to customer discovery and government projects. The role supports law enforcement missions and requires up to 40% travel in field environments.
