Conduct outreach, onboarding, training, documentation validation, troubleshooting, and data-driven prioritization; coordinate with internal teams to meet program goals and improve partner experience.

Lead and execute Venn's channel strategy: recruit, enable, and manage VARs, SIs, MSPs, distributors and national partners. Build channel business plans with KPIs, drive partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell strategic deals, deliver enablement, run joint account planning and reviews, and hire/coach Channel Account Managers as the program scales.
