Partner with Customer Success Specialists, Product, Sales, Service Delivery, and Customer Experience to improve account health, product adoption, and execution. Surface customer feedback, manage risks, and contribute to SMB growth strategy.

Own sales activities across assigned Texas accounts, including prospecting, developing, and closing new business. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, generate market awareness, achieve regional sales goals, develop business plans and sales strategies, cultivate customer advocates, and manage a pipeline of opportunities. The role requires complex medical or SaaS sales experience, executive presentation skills, Salesforce proficiency, and regular travel.

Supports day-to-day people operations, employee relations, leave and ADA accommodation administration, HR compliance, onboarding and offboarding, tracker management, reporting, and employee recordkeeping. Translate recipes into process flows, equipment requirements, operating parameters, trial plans, and scale-up strategies. Lead factory trials, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process optimization, commercialization, shelf-life support, and technical documentation while collaborating with R&D, Culinary, Quality, Operations, Engineering, suppliers, and co-manufacturers.
