Responsibilities include data analysis, solution design, product configuration, user acceptance testing, change management, risk monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and go-live readiness. Travel to customer sites is required up to 40–50%.

Owns the technical sales lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts, including discovery, solution architecture, workshops, POCs, competitive evaluations, and technical closure. Advises VP- and CISO-level stakeholders on PKI, certificate lifecycle management, machine identity, Zero Trust, and post-quantum cryptography. Executes complex multi-cloud and hybrid-environment deployments, supports partners and sales teams, develops technical enablement materials, and provides product feedback. The role requires substantial regional travel and expertise in cybersecurity identity technologies.
