Provide inside sales and customer service for drilling/production accounts: create and process orders/invoices, coordinate with vendors/customers, provide technical product support, assist sales team and business development, and maintain accurate records to help meet sales goals.

Create and execute digital and print marketing materials, manage social media and newsletters, run and analyze online/Google campaigns, update website content (including Phreesia), support event planning, order materials, and coordinate with SEO and stakeholders to drive marketing for Bethany Medical and its foundation.

Sell and manage service contracts for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Develop sales plans, maintain account relationships, generate proposals and reports, assess customer needs, and close retrofit, repair/replace, or design-build projects while supporting management and special initiatives.

Perform voice-directed order picking: log into voice system, pick and verify products into assigned carts, bag small items, return carts to staging, maintain cleanliness, and meet productivity and quality standards.
