Serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. Lead deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, provide best practices and training, liaise with Sales/Product/Engineering, manage account lifecycle, and support complex multi-site or distributed environments.

Lead sales and marketing operations by managing Salesforce/HubSpot stack, ensuring CRM data integrity, defining KPIs, delivering pipeline and attribution analytics, optimizing workflows, supporting territory and compensation modeling, and partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to scale growth.

Partner with independent operators and distributors to drive DSD sales, market penetration, and merchandising. Implement active learning, inverse design, and real-time multimodal data analysis; integrate edge, beamline, and HPC infrastructures; collaborate with synthesis and characterization teams; publish and guide future autonomous materials research.

Handle incoming consumer phone calls, mail, and web/email inquiries for Goodyear, Dunlop & Kelly. Resolve issues per Consumer Relations protocols, document contacts, identify legal/media-risk cases, meet quality and satisfaction metrics, provide customer feedback to the business, and complete assigned training. May authorize refunds/rebates up to $500 in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, AR reporting and GL reconciliations. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support, assist audits, perform bank deposits, support credit reviews, and drive process improvements in billing and collections.

Design and implement software and firmware across BIOS, device drivers, embedded Linux, and microcontroller environments. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering through design, testing, documentation, vendor coordination, manufacturing support, and project tracking to deliver complex computing products on time and within budget.

Manage end-to-end export shipping documentation and compliance: prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading; submit EEI via ACE/AES; apply HS codes; screen denied-party lists; coordinate with carriers, forwarders, and government agencies; track cargo and resolve documentation issues to prevent customs delays.

Support National Accounts by managing Salesforce reporting, CRM data integrity, and sales analytics. Coordinate due diligence, communications, and cross-functional requests. Improve processes, enable sales through reporting and materials, and support product launches, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
