Support brand and client creative work by designing assets across motion, social, email, web, and print. Maintain brand consistency and design systems, collaborate on concepts, experiment with emerging tools and AI, and contribute to company design initiatives under mentorship.

Build and maintain full-stack features for a React/TypeScript frontend and NestJS/TypeScript backend, integrate LLM-powered conversational agents, design APIs, auth (SSO/SAML), real-time updates, background processing (AWS SQS), database schemas (PostgreSQL/Sequelize), API docs (Swagger), and tests (Jest/pytest). Collaborate on architecture, code review, and production support.

Design, build, and maintain Python backend services and RESTful APIs for operational AI/data workflows. Own feature delivery across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Troubleshoot systems, optimize databases, contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments, collaborate with platform/security teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide on-site Tier 1 IT support to local service teams: troubleshoot macOS/Windows issues, manage Jira Service Management tickets, perform hardware setup and Google Workspace account provisioning, educate users, support MDM and SSO troubleshooting, and travel to local offices for support, inventory, and rollouts.

Account for and report carried interest compensation plans, including mark-to-market revenue/expense, fund distributions, and payments. Perform monthly reconciliations, prepare investment and compensation reporting, maintain control and audit documentation, liaise with HR, legal, tax, fund administrators and other stakeholders, and support projects and ad hoc requests.

Lead executive relationship and account strategy for car rental clients, ensuring delivery, adoption, retention, and expansion. Own account planning, stakeholder alignment, metrics, and business reviews. Coach teams, build operational playbooks, leverage CRM and dashboards, and travel to customer sites to support onboarding and training.

Build and maintain marketing technology solutions: lightweight applications, API integrations, server-side tracking and conversion APIs, automation and reporting dashboards, troubleshooting tracking/attribution, and support client implementations across analytics, paid media, CRM, and web teams.

Review large-scale electrical system designs for code compliance and constructability; coordinate design solutions; apply code knowledge to power and lighting systems; may review telecom and fire alarm systems; perform or learn photometric studies, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations; read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications.
