The Lead IT Consultant will develop training strategies for IS tools, provide operational support, manage international communications, and conduct training globally. Responsibilities include software deployment, customer acceptance testing, and travel to international locations for on-site consultations.

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot devices, assist with user account management, and help onboard/offboard employees while delivering excellent customer service.
