The Associate Attorney will support the General Liability team by conducting legal research, managing cases, communicating with clients, and representing clients in court under supervision.

Proactively generate and qualify leads by re-engaging dormant customers and researching new prospects. Participate in industry events, maintain product knowledge, and share market insights to support sales and marketing strategy.

Manage large restoration or construction projects (often >$1M), supervise multiple crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and vendor qualification. Serve on rapid-response CAT teams for regional disaster recovery, complete invoicing and reporting, work nights/weekends and travel periodically, and continuously train to meet BELFOR standards and customer satisfaction.
