Lead Cure from company formation through product-market validation and seed financing. Define the market wedge, secure enterprise design partners, shape an AI-native recovery product, establish data and evaluation loops, recruit the founding team, build the company narrative, and lead fundraising. The role requires enterprise AI judgment, commercial credibility, consumer-finance and regulatory understanding, and founder-level ability to create a new category.

Founding CTO will architect and build Cure’s AI-native customer engagement and recovery platform. Responsibilities include developing conversational agents, decisioning and personalization systems, evaluation and feedback loops, enterprise integrations, and secure, explainable infrastructure. The CTO will work with customers, lead product and engineering execution, recruit early technical talent, and establish the organization needed to scale a reliable platform for regulated industries.

Drives awareness and adoption of a pharmaceutical product across an assigned territory. Develops territory and account plans, educates healthcare professionals, builds stakeholder relationships, navigates payer access dynamics, maintains CRM documentation, and ensures compliant execution. Establishes data-sharing, governance, lineage, metadata, and ownership standards across cloud platforms. Leads legacy ETL modernization, builds scalable PySpark and Spark SQL pipelines, architects secure connectivity, and enables AI, machine learning, real-time analytics, and self-service data products. Serves as the technical authority, leads architecture reviews, and manages stakeholder relationships.

Leads the strategy, operations, and scaling of Calendly’s customer support function. Lead Elastic’s AWS alliance strategy across North America, driving AWS Marketplace growth, co-sell execution, partner activation, new-logo acquisition, and regional expansion. Build executive relationships with AWS and Elastic leaders, coordinate field sales and solutions teams, manage AWS funding programs, develop joint campaigns and sales plays, and represent Elastic at strategic AWS events.
