Own territory sales for FOX Factory's Performance Vehicle Division across the Southwest. Build and manage dealership relationships, prospect new dealers, forecast sales, drive revenue and profitability per vehicle, conduct in-person demos/trainings/events, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and dealer success.

Lead product strategy, roadmap and releases for medication history solutions. Own feature prioritization, user research, Aha! roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, go-to-market activities, and mentor junior product staff.

Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for regular, contract, seasonal, temporary, and cross‑regional roles. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source and screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, maintain ATS/Workday data, ensure compliance with labor and safeguarding standards, coordinate onboarding, and support global hiring needs while participating in IJM's spiritual community.

Produce precise 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo for centrifuge components and assemblies. Develop fabrication and assembly documentation, ensure GD&T and manufacturability, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations to resolve design issues and support facility projects.
