Lead Delight.ai's ISV and hyperscaler ecosystem strategy: expand AWS and GenAI platform partnerships, identify high-impact ISV partners, build repeatable co-sell motions, automate partnership operations with AI, align partner-sourced pipeline and ARR with Sales, and scale a global partnerships operating model with segmentation, tiering, and performance frameworks.

The AI Agent Engineer Intern will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build, integrate, and deploy intelligent agents using modern web frameworks and tools, gaining hands-on experience from prototyping to production.

Support Forward Deployed PMs by diagnosing client problems, writing PRDs, benchmarking AI models, conducting market and user research, and designing workflows to improve an AI customer-agent. Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate messy real-world problems into actionable product requirements and data-driven strategic insights.
