Lead design, build, governance, and operations of AI-ready data pipelines, data products, and knowledge assets. Ensure data quality, lineage, metadata, access controls, and versioning for RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and AI products. Collaborate with product, AI engineering, security, MLOps, and governance to operationalize, monitor, and remediate data and retrieval issues.

Lead product vision and roadmap for agentic AI solutions, own the backlog, translate business needs into user stories, partner with data scientists and engineers, manage Agile delivery cycles, ensure responsible AI practices, and monitor model performance and continuous improvement.
