Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules: Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing & Invoicing, Payments and Taxes.
Sound knowledge on Zuora workflows configuration/migration.
Sound knowledge on various integrations from Zuora ( such as payment gateways, ERP, etc.)
Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirement.
Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design.
Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience in requirements gathering, user cases documentation, business analysis, system design and integration, user interface design and implementation.
