Job Summary
The Zone Enrollment Consultant is responsible for supporting Combined US Sales team and internal and external partners with enrollment solutions. This includes supporting third-party case build audits and serving as subject matter expert on positioning telephonic and co-browse capabilities. This role ensures accurate case setup, receipt of accurate data, smooth user experience, timely enrollment issue resolution, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders for successful client onboarding or management. The consultant helps maintain operational efficiency, supports compliance requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement of enrollment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure third-party (non-Selerix) enrollment system is configured correctly
- Responsible for packaging build specs and consulting client’s technical resources on how best to build plans and establish required data feeds
- Audit each case in partnership with client’s technical resources to ensure products are built correctly and employee experience is optimal
- Ensure data feeds are established correctly, and data mapping is congruent with our internal standards
- Monitor enrollment activity, data integrity, and system performance
- Troubleshoot and escalate platform issues, defects, and user access problems to the appropriate parties.
- Partner with IT, operations, underwriting, claims, compliance, and vendor teams to resolve enrollment specific issues
- Support onboarding and training for internal users, brokers, and other stakeholders of key enrollment solutions (i.e., Employee Navigator)
- Review case level enrollment data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Document case level Enrollment processes, workflows, and issue resolution steps
- Track service requests, incidents, and platform-related metrics
- Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit needs
- Identify opportunities to improve enrollment efficiency and user experience
- Consult and support virtual enrollment opportunities
- Includes both co-browse and telephonic enrollment opportunities
- Includes new and reservice opportunities
- Support and consultation on Pre-Enrollment Communication Strategy
- In partnership with the PCA team, ensure we are leveraging existing pre-enrollment communication tools to drive enrollment participation.
- Partner with functional home office departments to ensure the field is adhering to implementation and enrollment timelines
- Triage 3rd party enrollment opportunities to the appropriate home office resources (Combined U.S. ESC/EDI).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, enrollment administration, benefits administration, or a related role
- Experience working with enrollment platforms, CRM systems, or policy administration systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, life, or commercial insurance enrollment processes
- Familiarity with workflow tools, ticketing systems, or reporting dashboards
- Knowledge of compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting system testing or user acceptance testing
