About the Job
The Zone Brand Lead is responsible for achieving sales, profit, and market share targets through brand development and strategy. This includes designing programs to meet strategic forecasts, managing all P&L lines, preparing business reviews to analyze the brand's status compared to competitors and the market, identifying opportunities, establishing long-term brand goals, implementing programs, and tracking KPI achievements.
Primary Accountabilities

Provides inputs on all aspects related to brand strategy (brand equity, positioning, and LT plan, brand plan, communication & media strategy, innovation strategy incl. if wants to opt-out)

Contributes to brand campaign strategy.

Provides input on local HCP engagement strategy and coordinates the HCP engagement plan with other brands.

Executes brand plan & budget, esp. by designing winning adaptations of priority initiatives in local markets based on local consumer & shopper insights.

Defines zone demand.

Defines local channel strategy (esp. digital/ eCommerce)

Defines local market price by country, leveraging inputs from Zone RGM and countries in line with GBT guidelines (gross and net price)

Provides inputs about innovation projects.

Provides inputs on brand budgeting (esp. net sales & A&P allocation) and performance KPIs to GBT

Tracks monthly performance at the Zone level and sets up a corrective action plan if required.

REQUIREMENTS:
-
10 years or more of experience in Brand Management and Product Marketing, with leadership experience.

Must have previous or current experience managing a global brand.

Possessing regional experience within Southeast Asia or at least two or more countries and living and working in multiple locations is also a good plus.

Knowledge and experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), fast-moving consumer health (FMCH), and related industries.

Marketing, or Management Degree, or related.
-
Proven ability to operate within a newly established structure, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Strong strategic planning and operational execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategies into actionable market plans.

Ownership mindset with a brand GM approach, including full responsibility for P&L management, strategic direction, and business alignment.

Exceptional situational leadership with a proven track record of success across diverse roles and functions, showcasing adaptability in complex, ambiguous, and evolving environments.

Experience leading in decentralized structures, with brand activations across multiple markets, handling ambiguity and the challenges of a less mature organizational structure.
