Key Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Management and Coordination:
•    Child Sponsorship Essentials:
Facilitate Child Sponsorship as a transformative relationship between children and sponsors, supporting fulfilment of donor commitments and contributing to child well-being, with emphasis on Community-Led Care & Protection and Children’s Participation and Voice.
•    Child, Family, and Community Experience:
Support the implementation of sponsorship practices that contribute to positive and meaningful experiences for children, families, and communities, ensuring children’s views are gathered through appropriate feedback mechanisms and reflected in sponsorship activities.
•    Sponsorship Operations Implementation:
Provide specialized support to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant implementation of Sponsorship Operations within the AP, contributing to timely delivery of activities within approved scope, timeline, and budget, in line with Sponsorship Standards.
•    Integration and Planning:
Support the ADP Manager and ADP team to integrate Child Sponsorship into ADP planning and programme implementation, strengthening alignment with program priorities and outcomes.
•    Sponsorship Reporting and Quality Support:
Support sponsorship reporting and quality monitoring processes, including regular review and follow-up of Child Monitoring Standards (CMS) and Sponsorship Operations Index (SOI), Exception reports, identification of issues, and coordination with relevant staff for timely resolution
•    Registered Children (RC) Portfolio Management:
Support effective RC portfolio management processes, contributing to RC supply for Support Offices in line with quality standards and budget parameters, including child registration and reactivation of holds.

2. Sponsorship in Programming:
•    Sponsorship Integration:
Facilitate the integration of Child Sponsorship into ADP Annual Plans, Technical Programmes (TPs), and Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan (CESP) activities to ensure sponsorship commitments are reflected in programme implementation. Support the application and regular review of Sponsorship Risk Management measures. Contribute to strengthening community, family, and children’s understanding of sponsorship as a pathway to positive change
•    RC and MVC Inclusion and Participation:
Support and facilitate the participation RC in planned ADP activities and age-appropriate TP and CESP interventions, in line with Sponsorship Standards. Promote the inclusion of MVC in sponsorship where appropriate. Ensure child participation data is accurately collected, updated in HOPE system, and shared with the ADP Manager and relevant staff to monitor RC well-being and participation
•    Community Engagement and Sponsorship Communication:
Support community-based sponsorship communication by delivering key sponsorship messages and facilitating community engagement activities. Work with parents, caregivers, and community members to strengthen understanding, ownership, and participation in sponsorship initiatives.
•    Child Sponsorship Contribution to Community Led Care & Protection:
Support the ADP team in ensuring Child Sponsorship contributes effectively to local child care and protection systems. Facilitate child selection, monitoring, and follow-up processes through local Child Protection Committees and in coordination with child protection structures, including:
-    Child Selection: Support community-based RC selection processes, ensure required documentation is completed, and facilitate community participation.
-    Child Monitoring (CMS): Support the implementation of RC monitoring activities in line with Child Monitoring Standards.
-    Case Management and Follow-up: Support the regular review and updating of child well-being and case management data in HOPE system, and facilitate timely reporting and follow-up in accordance with protocols related to child death, sickness, accidents, and protection concerns.
-    Program Linkages: Share and discuss CMS, child well-being, and RC participation data with the ADP team to inform appropriate follow-up actions and program responses
3. Sponsor and Child Engagement:
•    Nurture Sponsor–Child Connections
Facilitate timely, accurate, and meaningful communication between sponsors and RC to strengthen relationships and mutual understanding
•    Sponsor Engagement and Child Participation
Support the planning and implementation of sponsor engagement features (e.g. IL, SL, CR, CGV, CPA, CC, APR)  to ensure they contribute to child participation, life skills development, and children’s voice. Support the delivery of sponsor communications through programme activities in line with approved activity designs.
•    Efficient Management and Delivery of Sponsor Engagement Features
Facilitate the effective use of systems, tools, and practices to manage sponsor–child communications (e.g. IL, SL, GN, EL, APR, CEW, CC, Queries, FL, BB, Sponsorship 2.0 content) in compliance with Sponsorship Standards and timelines.
•    Quality Assurance and Translation
Conduct quality reviews and facilitate translation of Sponsorship 2.0 products and sponsor–child correspondence to ensure accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, and that emotional meaning is clearly conveyed to both children and sponsors
•    Production and Delivery of Communication Materials
Support coordination of the design, development, quality assurance, and administration of sponsorship communication materials in collaboration with relevant teams
•    Sponsor Visits
Plan and facilitate sponsor visits in coordination with the ADP team and relevant stakeholders, ensuring sponsors are well supported, protocols are followed, and visits create positive and meaningful engagement with children and communities.
•    Capturing Transformational Stories
Support quality communication by capturing and documenting transformational stories. Contribute to the collection and sharing of lessons learned, good practices, innovations, impact stories, photos, and videos for sponsors and other stakeholders
4. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
•    Child Protection and Data Quality
Facilitate compliance with sponsorship and child protection policies, standards, and procedures in sponsorship data management and practices. Support the accurate and timely updating of child information in relevant systems, and promote data protection in line with World Vision guidelines.
•    Awareness and Compliance
Support awareness-raising among community members, sponsors, RC, and ADP staff on sponsorship protocols, child protection requirements, and Sponsorship Standards to promote consistent and safe implementation.
•    Sponsorship Risk Management
Support the identification, documentation, and mitigation of sponsorship-related risks at ADP level. Contribute to Sponsorship Risk Assessment processes, and other accountability or review mechanisms by providing relevant information and follow-up support to strengthen compliant implementation.
5. Other Responsibilities 
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to contribute to the team performance.
