The role
- Validate bug fixes using reproduction steps and gradually take ownership of test investigations.
- Explore application behavior under various conditions and user scenarios.
- Design and execute test cases, automate test steps, and analyze failures.
- Run manual test procedures and document results clearly.
- Communicate effectively with developers and QA peers using screenshots, setup steps, and behavior comparisons.
What you’ll bring
1. Technical Skills:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in testing position
- Good at English (verbal communication)
- Experience of test case design, developing test plans, Agile working model, testing process & bug reporting
- Experiences in Manual testing, and/or integration test and/or API testing (with Postman or any tool) and/or Automation test
- Experience in one of following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Java,.. to support automation scripts
- Design independent testing cases for newly developed and existing applications.
2. Nice to have:
- Experience in Mobile Testing (Android, iOS) and/ or Web App Testing is a plus
- Experience/Knowledge in AI Testing and Data Testing is a plus
- Experience in developing batch & Shell script is a plus
- Experience GenAI tools in generating automation script & Test case: Github Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor is a plus
- Experience in other non-functional tests (Performance Test with JMeter or any other performance tool like K6) is a plus
- Experience in Infrastructure, Banking, life-insurance, or energy domain is a plus.
3. Soft Skills:
- Be able to self-managed.
- Be able to work independently or in a team with Agile/ Scrum
- Ability to access new programming languages quickly. Ability to research, solve problems well, and control work, on schedule.
- Good attitude and professional behavior.
- Enthusiastic, accurate, patient, honest, and willing to learn new technology.
- Willing to onsite in customer and / or work in nightshift at home ( preferred)
