Following techniques and procedures, recommend selection / application of standard or special seal & system products to meet customers' needs.
2、能够准确完成产品装配图及材料表。
Be able to finish GA Drawing design and materials list.
3、和内外部相关团队进行沟通，及时落实设计工程师不能自已解决的问题。确保项目设计按时完成。
Communicate with external or internal team to solve issue that design engineer raised and cannot solved by themselves timely for competing project design timely and accurately.
4、能够准确完成图纸的审核和批准,设计计算审核批准。
Drawing checking and Approval for GA and Detail parts; Check and approve test assembly drawing and detail parts drawing; Check calculation.
5、根据市场及客户需求，推进产品标准化，性能优化和成本优化工作。
Products standardization, optimization, and VE according to market and customers’ demands.
6、对标准或特殊设计的产品提出工程解决方案/说明，包括根据成本效益决定生产物料。
Generation of engineering proposals / specifications for standard or special products, including determining cost-effective materials for production.
7、在生产阶段为运营团队提供技术支持。
Provide technical support to the operation team during the assembly period.
8、批准/拒绝采购或制造生产时的不符合图纸要求的成品零件。
Approve / reject purchased or manufactured parts that do not conform to the requirements of the drawings.
9、排除现场故障，包括问题分析、提出并执行合理的解决方案，圆满解决问题。
Field troubleshooting, including analysis of problems / recommendation & implementation of appropriate solutions to resolve satisfactorily.
10、进行详细的失效分析工作，包括调研、书写分析报告和解决方案。
Detailed failure analysis activities, including investigation / reporting / resolution.
11、支持新同事的培训工作，包括设计、计算及应用等。
Support to train new colleagues, including seal design, calculation, application etc.
12、完成领导指定的其它工作.
Be able to finish other job assigned by Leaders.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Machinery
本科或硕士以上，专业：机械设计及自动化、化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械
- English ability：General Listening and Oral, Skilled Read and Write.
英文能力：具备基本听说能力，读写熟练。
- Minimum 3~5 years’ experience with mechanical seals, process equipment design knowledge
至少3~5年密封设计或过程工业设备设计经验
- Strong knowledge of personal computers, drawing software such as Sold Edge, PDM, MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
熟练运用个人电脑、绘图相关软件，如Solid Edge, PDM等；熟练使用微软办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
- Be familiar to product characters and design requirements.
