The Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating internally to meet customer needs. Candidates should have experience in key account management and business negotiation skills.

As a sales representative for HDE Development business and achieve the sales performance and targets of HDE in East central China, report directly to the KA manager.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Maintain close contact with XCMG\CAT and Tiers customer sustain a good customer relationship. 
  • Build strong relationships with Key personnel in Procurement, Production and their technical team.   
  • Know the details of requirements for the KA Technical and business requirement  and highly alignment with internal team to make customer satisfied. 
  • Promote the achievement of annual sales and profit targets. 
  • Get PPG brand highly recognized customer, secure our breakthrough business and expand our share. 

Qualifications  

  • College's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Chemical and Marketing. 
  • More than 4 years’ key account management experience with recognized results. 
  • Heavy duty agricultural machinery and industrial customer experience is welcomed. 
  • Exemplary business negotiation, cross-departmental collaboration, and communication skills. Willing to undertake business trips. 
  • Basic English proficiency.
