Own financial reporting, controls, and forecasting for the Ireland entity. Manage month-end close, revenue recognition, cash/banking, payroll coordination, statutory/tax submissions, audits, and partner with operational teams and NW Europe finance on transformation initiatives.

Support daily HR operations for a manufacturing plant including employee records, compliance with employment laws, investigations, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, audits (OSHA, EEO, I-9), performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.

Collects and analyzes reliability data, recommends MTBR improvements, provides training, and communicates findings using reliability software (e.g., ServiceMax). Supports account/regional engineers and may lead customer reliability personnel.

The Key Account Manager will develop and grow client relationships, promote products, achieve sales goals, and maintain industry knowledge to identify opportunities. Utilization of SAP C4C for customer interactions is critical.

Design and prepare P&IDs, BOMs and GADs for gas seal support systems and related skids. Perform process simulation and calculations with Aspen Hysys. Prepare datasheets, select and size instruments, valves, filters, heaters, boosters and control modules. Read instrument hook-up and wiring diagrams, review supplier quotes, liaise with customers and stakeholders, support product standardization, and ensure compliance with company processes and safety policies.

The role involves design input confirmation, preparation of technical documentation, design calculations, and support for process systems design, particularly in mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Support engineering teams with design review, prepare/update manufacturing and general arrangement drawings using 2D/3D CAD, assist in techno-commercial proposals, perform basic engineering calculations, maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards while collaborating across functions.

Lead design and delivery of AI & analytics solutions to strengthen internal controls and automate monitoring. Design dashboards, develop Python/ACL analytics, integrate Diligent platform capabilities, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive design, testing, remediation and standardisation of general IT and automated controls across the Group.

Work on-site at a customer facility to evaluate mechanical seals and rotating equipment, recommend MTBR improvements, direct installation and commissioning, collect and report reliability data (using ServiceMax), provide customer training, assist with Management of Change, and support account/regional engineers. May lead customer reliability personnel and must travel as needed.
