Monitor SIEM, EDR, and other security tools to detect and triage threats; investigate incidents, apply MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence, document findings, and support containment and recovery.

Lead APAC sourcing strategy for electronic components and direct materials. Manage supplier selection, SRM, negotiations, TCO optimization, lead-time reduction, low-cost country sourcing, and cross-functional alignment to improve supply continuity and speed-to-market.

Design, implement, and support secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and landing zones. Lead cloud migration efforts, implement Infrastructure-as-Code, embed cloud security controls, integrate IAM and identity federation, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain documentation and runbooks while collaborating with cybersecurity and architecture teams.

Engineer II is responsible for reviewing technical specifications, generating engineering proposals, conducting failure analysis, and delivering technical training while ensuring projects meet quality standards.

Perform pre-order application and techno-commercial engineering for wet seal and fluid control systems: interpret specifications, select and size products, prepare P&IDs and instrument datasheets, obtain supplier quotes, and support post-order handover and execution teams to ensure accurate, manufacturable, competitive proposals.

Lead site Quality for Costa Rica, overseeing QMS, audits, supplier and customer quality, root-cause problem solving, metrics, continuous improvement, and building high-performing quality teams while partnering cross-functionally.

Coordinate RFx activities, support sourcing timelines and supplier shortlisting, liaise with stakeholders, maintain sourcing records in SAP, analyse spend data, prepare bid analysis and recommendation packs, support supplier onboarding and contract handovers.

Lead and evolve enterprise Data, AI and Automation capabilities: design and deliver ML/AI solutions, oversee data foundations, governance, and platforms, partner with stakeholders, manage onshore/offshore teams, mentor staff, and drive adoption of scalable, secure analytics and automation.

Perform on-site condition monitoring for rotating equipment: collect vibration and oil data, perform first-line vibration analysis, report findings and maintenance recommendations, support advanced data capture and troubleshooting, conduct pump performance testing, and contribute to condition monitoring program development and client interface.

Manage and develop the sales team to grow revenue, margin, and market share for John Crane products (mechanical seals, couplings, turbo products, filtration). Maintain key account relationships, set objectives, track monthly metrics, control expenses to budget, support marketing and trade-show presence, coach reps, and pursue regional growth opportunities.

Support quality organization to prevent escapes and drive quality culture. Perform gauge/tool calibration, hardness testing, borescope and visual weld inspections, first article inspections (FAI), bench audits, and support customer returns investigations, audits, containment, and rework planning. Assist receiving inspection and respond to customer quality requests.

Perform application engineering and product development for vessel and specialty seals: process customer requests, produce designs and drawings, run seal and engineering calculations, support testing and failure analysis, troubleshoot in-field issues, prepare specifications, and support product transitions into production.

Lead and enhance global trade compliance across regions, overseeing export controls, customs, sanctions, product classification, tariff mitigation, trade systems (SAP GTS/QAD), audits, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to drive compliance and reduce duty costs.

Manage vendor and tax payments, monitor weekly cash flow, prepare prepayment and accrual journals, perform month-end reconciliations and reporting, maintain control working papers, and provide backup support to the Finance Controller during absence.
