ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Influencer Associate Director. This is a full-time position based in Dubai. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven influencer marketing strategies, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
  • Serve as a primary strategic contact for key clients, building trusted relationships, providing expert counsel, and presenting campaign strategies and performance. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Influencer Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencer talent, agencies, platforms, and technology partners. Oversee talent identification, vetting, and negotiation.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and future planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media, with a significant portion in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex, multi-platform influencer campaigns for major brands.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and developing a team of direct reports.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including presenting strategies and managing expectations.
  • Proficiency in influencer identification tools, campaign management platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
