Role Summary and Impact
The Media Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of digital media campaigns. This position is responsible for campaign monitoring, reporting, billing accuracy, and providing operational support to both internal teams and clients. You will be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, contributing directly to the efficiency and financial integrity of our media operation.
- Learn our finance billing and acceptance processes and understand the relevant documentation that needs to be obtained and who should provide it.
- Receive training on how to use the finance billing system to enter media bookings correctly.
- Help media buyers and planners develop, execute, and monitor media plans.
- Create and monitor media schedules.
- Ensure billing procedures run smoothly.
- Conduct research to collect useful media data.
- Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media outlets.
- Take on operation tasks as assigned by the finance team.

- Proven experience as a Media Assistant (preferred).
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good research skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
- BSc degree is a must, with good command of business English.
