The purpose of this role is to investigate medical and factual evidence to seek to identify all relevant medical, allied health and factual evidence to determine Whole Person Impairment entitlements.
This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.
  • Engage in employer claims reviews where requested and maintain regular contact with the employer, EML account manager and/or primary EML claims specialist for a policy
  • Gather evidence and conduct investigations to assist in the dispute proceedings and ensure that they are managed and supported in a timely manner
  • Ensure the effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology) is advantageous but not mandatory.
