The stated pay range is based on a national-average location.  Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location.  This position is bonus eligible. Candidates and associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices for interviews, training and/or meetings.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Worksite Administrator I to perform day-to-day premium reconciliation, and other financial and non-financial worksite transaction processing activities.

As a Worksite Administrator I, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling and applying premium on a high volume of small case employer bills in a timely and efficient manner

  • Performing maintenance transaction related to bill reconciliation

  • Taking inbound and making outbound employer telephone calls to resolve premium bill issues

  • Operating within multiple queues within PEGA

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly performance metrics

The Worksite Administrator I position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills

  • Learn new systems and technologies quickly

  • Work well within a team and independently

  • Balance competing priorities effectively

  • Feel confident with solving problems and decision making

  • Possess excellent proven time management skills

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • One year of work experience in a high-volume production area

  • One year of resolving complex problems

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, insurance, or related field

  • Prior experience working in high volume PEGA queues

  • Prior experience with Common Remitter also preferred

All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically.  Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.02 - $25.52 Hourly
