Paid marketing internship supporting B2B2C sales enablement through campaign research, audience segmentation, content audits, workflow design, A/B testing, and analysis of engagement and conversion metrics. The intern will develop industry- and group-specific campaign briefs, recommend improvements, and translate customer insights and campaign results into marketing recommendations. The role is fully remote within the U.S., requires Central or Eastern Time availability, and may involve occasional corporate-office travel.

Leads end-to-end investment operations and data governance across public and private assets. Oversees trade lifecycle processing, reconciliations, investment systems, data validation, collateral management, asset transfers, regulatory documentation, SOX controls, audit readiness, and third-party manager integration. Supports HR benefits, wellness, and people-focused initiatives, including well-being applications, vendor demos, market analysis, open enrollment materials, benefits surveys, employee communications, system testing, social events, and Business Resource Group activities. The intern collaborates with HR, Well-being, Facilities, vendors, and senior leaders while helping simplify processes and expand AI resources for associates. The internship runs May 17 through August 6, 2027, for 40 hours per week in a hybrid U.S. arrangement.

Supports brand development through marketing and communications materials, content creation, proofreading, market research, website and collateral updates, campaign performance tracking, and campaign or community event coordination. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners while gaining experience in brand strategy, customer communications, marketing analytics, research, and presentation skills.

Lead OneStream platform administration and development to support financial planning, reporting, and consolidations. Configure applications, build transformation rules, manage environments, security, and data integrations, troubleshoot and deploy changes, and drive process improvements. Partner with IT and finance stakeholders, train users, and maintain system stability and roadmap delivery across the enterprise.

Support actuaries on valuation and pricing for life, health, and annuity products. Simplify and standardize valuation calculations, use actuarial software, document technical work clearly, and improve projection methodologies.
