Drives strategic scalability, issue resolution, operational reliability, and continuous process improvement while supporting accounting and NAIC compliance.

Support the AI team by researching AI capabilities and industry trends, gathering and documenting business needs and use cases, participating in meetings, collecting user feedback, organizing requirements, and joining training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build AI-related skills.

Paid summer tax internship supporting quarterly tax provisions, tax return preparation, state and federal filings, tax research, depreciation schedules, workpapers, invoice reviews, data validation, and reconciliations. The intern will work 40 hours weekly for 10–12 weeks, participate in professional development activities, and may travel occasionally to a corporate office.

Supports investment accounting processes, including subledger data entry and validation, workpapers, reconciliations, cash balancing, quality control, reporting schedules, variance analysis, and investment accounting system implementation and optimization. The intern collaborates with HR, Well-being, Facilities, vendors, and senior leaders while helping simplify processes and expand AI resources for associates. The internship runs May 17 through August 6, 2027, for 40 hours per week in a hybrid U.S. arrangement.

Supports brand development through marketing and communications materials, content creation, proofreading, market research, website and collateral updates, campaign performance tracking, and campaign or community event coordination. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners while gaining experience in brand strategy, customer communications, marketing analytics, research, and presentation skills.

Lead cloud architecture strategy and implementation for Azure (and AWS preferred). Design, govern, and modernize enterprise cloud platforms using IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, networking, identity, AVD, and governance. Partner with security, engineering, and vendors to enforce standards, enable resilience, cost optimization, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Mentor engineers and document architectures and processes.

Supports Consumer Finance reporting and project activities by eliciting and documenting requirements, collaborating with business and development teams, triaging testing defects, and contributing to project status meetings. The internship requires analytical reasoning, communication, facilitation, organization, and time-management skills. It runs full-time for 10–12 weeks during summer 2027 and includes networking, professional development, presentations, volunteering, and an in-person corporate-office event.

Lead OneStream platform administration and development to support financial planning, reporting, and consolidations. Configure applications, build transformation rules, manage environments, security, and data integrations, troubleshoot and deploy changes, and drive process improvements. Partner with IT and finance stakeholders, train users, and maintain system stability and roadmap delivery across the enterprise.

Supports the Associate Services team with HR projects, communications, knowledge management, reporting, and associate experience initiatives. Coordinates the 2027 summer internship program, including events, scheduling, stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, feedback collection, and engagement activities. Creates presentations and resources, maintains knowledge articles, analyzes data, prepares reports, and explores AI tools to improve team effectiveness. The role is onsite in Carmel during the first week and requires at least one office day weekly thereafter.

Support Accounting Operations with daily tasks, documentation of processes for quarterly reporting, month-end and quarter-close assistance, and special project work. Participate in department and internship program activities including networking, presentations, and an in-person event.

Support actuaries on valuation and pricing for life, health, and annuity products. Simplify and standardize valuation calculations, use actuarial software, document technical work clearly, and improve projection methodologies. Full-time summer internship with program activities and occasional in-person events.

Support Internal Audit by performing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control testing, documenting procedures and evidence, selecting samples, recording results and conclusions, and collaborating with audit team members and business owners to resolve testing items under supervision.
